Hey, no it's not, sorry! Out of curiosity, why are you asking?
I was wondering if I could use some of the content elsewhere (non-commercially). For example, I like to create cards of the monsters with stats, figures etc. for quick reference when playing (physical and/or on TTS).
If it's just for your personal use then you can totally do this!
